Maintain a To Do list or a journal. When you have many things to think about, the mind works hard trying to remember them all. If you have a system for depositing thoughts and ideas, it frees your mind from needing to hold all of this information. Keep a notepad by your bed in case a thought arises that you don’t want to forget by morning. Writing it down can help your mind relax and go back to sleep.

What we do here at Neurohacker Collective is not magic. The magic comes from you and what the human body can do when we give it what it needs.

We often get criticism and disbelief about the effects of Qualia or from hearing people's testimonials as they have no frame of reference to understand what a supplement with the right ingredients and design can do.  But again, it's not the pills producing the focus, energy, clarity etc, it's your own system doing that work/magic.
