New Deadlift PR today, had a great time doing “The Big on Basics Squats and Deadlifts Workshop” this weekend run by @stronger.leaner. I’ve learned tons of new information from Brendon and Paul and I was able to hit a new Deadlift PR of 165kg which felt way better than any DL PR attempts I’ve ever done! Thank you for a great weekend! 💪🏻

Surfing specific and balance training with my client Peter; @elpokoloko. I train Peter once a week and he follows the program that I wrote for him on another 2-3 days of the week & also goes for a surf when the weather allows. I must say that this guy always gives training 100% effort, doesn’t matter if he’s had a long day at work (construction) or anything personal, when I train him we get down to business and push beyond limits each session! 💪🏻

This is my client Nick’s Transformation!
I’ve met Nick in July 2016, he has never done any sport or any gym training before I started coaching him as he’d always been spending most of his time studying. In high school he had the nickname “little fat”. With my guidance and his countless hours of hard work we’ve been able to achieve this. It makes me feel awesome, proud and satisfied to be able to change people’s appearances and to help them grow as a person!

160kg Deadlift, I haven't tested my 1RM in a good while. I know the form wasn't perfect but at least my back stayed relatively straight and I pulled it! Currently sitting at 74kg still trying to gain the weight back that I lost from being sick. Pretty happy with the strength results of my training though! 💪🏻
