Nutrition 🍎πŸ₯—πŸ½: I’ve been eating roughly a 55/40/15 split of Protein/Carbs/Fats. I’m a big believer in nutrient timing, AKA when to eat what. I always eat a carb heavy breakfast in the morning, and taper off my carbs from then on and I always eat a protein heavy meal right after I workout. I’ve been eating around 1300-1600 calories a day, and that’s because the bigger your caloric deficit is the faster weight comes off πŸ”₯πŸ’―

Exercise πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸš²: I usually train for 1:30 to 2:00 hours a day. I have four β€œdays” so to speak: Chest/Core, Back, Legs/Core, Shoulders. I start with a stretch, the. I’ll hit my compound lifts depending on what day it is (Bench, Squat, Deadlift, etc.). After that I’ll hit a lottttt or accessory work and end off with 30 minutes of cycling. During my workout I’m doing high volume low weights, with my rep ranges usually at 12-15. I like to superset a lot and keep my rest time short to keep my heart rate up to burn all of those extra calories. I do cardio at the end because it is better for retaining dem GAINZ. πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻

Supplements πŸ’Š: Currently I’m taking SST from @performixdriven, Xtend BCAA’s from @scivation, and L-Carnitine from @beyondrawlabs. The SST helps me burn more calories throughout my day, the BCAA’s help the protein I consume synthesize a lot more efficiently, and the L-Carnitine helps my body pull energy from my stored fat during my workouts. πŸ”₯↗️

TBH I'm still in that phase where I don't recognize myself in my peripheral vision. I'll just be walking and hitting double-πŸ‘€ when I get glimpses of my reflection. I snapped this picture because for a brief moment, I wasn't focusing on what I had left to go. I wasn't focusing on my lack of the V Taper, or my stretch marks, or my love handles.
