Let's get you motivated to train and be the best version of you!
Here is some details on ways I give myself motivation.
1: Be well rested, because your new day is going to require preparation of a rested mind and body. Sleep deep and try to get I hours if possible.
2: Visuals, this can be many things. It can be either progress photos of yourself and how far you have come or maybe old photos of a previous comp when you loved the shape you were in. Alternatively for visuals I love to do a quick YouTube search of some of my favorite bodybuilders and play a couple of their latest videos.
3: Nutrition, having your meals planned for the day is great but especially have a solid meal about an hour before training to give your body that fuel.
4: An awesome gym out fit, which is my specialty, check out my site at @GymStar.ca for all the latest gear. But the goal here is to get your style on point with on trend/durable/comfortable clothing. 6: Headphones on World off, this is a good one to make sure you do no matter what. Personally I get bored pretty fast of my playlist so I like to use Google Play on their random play feature.
