It is important to have balance in your every day life. If you don’t have balance you will fall on your ass. Whether if that’s finding balance between training, work/play, resting or finding that healthy balance in the food choices you make. 
It’s so easy to fall on the unbalanced side of things. Living a unbalanced lifestyle will lead to instability and is highly unsustainable. You have to find a happy median for everything you do. Let’s make 2018 our most balanced year ever!
