Pack your lunch & dinner if you have to work late! Your more likely to go off the deep end on a Friday when your tired, working late, or dont want to cook! Stick with it! Bring your food so you don't get crappy food that's quick, & PREP your meals in the beginning of the week. Days like this are when meal prep becomes a savior! Spend the extra time earlier in the week to save time at the end of the week when your tired! It's all balance folks! Health isn't created overnight, it's planning, it's dedication, & consistency!!
