#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I do not try to heal my friends. I do my own mental work and heal myself. This is the best thing I can do for others." Self care is on your mind but never ends up being a priority. Between the demands of your business and the demands of your home life there’s little time left for you. And you’re feeling it. What you were once intensely passionate about feels “Meh” and you’re not sure what happened. You’ve always loved what you do, but something’s not clicking anymore. You find yourself staring at the clock, waiting for the time to pass. Intuition tells you you better pay attention and recharge your batteries but you ignore the very advice you give out.

It’s time to heal YOURSELF. It’s time to do the work of healing you’ve known you needed to do for years. Your body and soul can’t tolerate one more day working without the energy and enthusiasm you need to freely give to your friends and family. You’ve depleted your reserves and you’re at risk of serious burn out. To be able to put your focus on those you serve you have to tend to your own body, mind and soul. Peeling off the layers of shit that smother your light needs to be a priority.

If you’re tired of feeling crappy and exhausted all the time and you want your friends and family to be able to do the healing you’re trying to help them do, YOU have to come first. No exceptions. The healing you do for yourself will be the way you’re able to hold an effective healing space for those you care about most. And it’ll be magic!

So what will you do about it? Because action is the way anything will get done, and the way anything will change. All that sorting out, figuring out, planning, scheming and organizing that goes on in your head? No. Just stop it. Go do the thing you know you need to do. Stop getting in the way of your own health and joy and literally MOVE toward the answers. Breathe your way into them.
When you wake up and take action, you’ll arrive at the solution!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I allow others to be themselves." The best thing you can do is to allow someone the space to be themselves. Allowing someone to be themselves requires that you suspend any judgements about them, their situation or their point of view. When you consciously remember to allow people to be themselves you remind yourself that you want that space for yourself also. By practicing this you will change your relationships and add a quality of freedom in them to express who you are and allow you to be more you.

Being genuinely you around others can be hard because of all the conditioning we have gone through in our society since birth. The conditioning is done unconsciously as we play roles, grow up and learn how to protect ourselves and our feelings from others. Over time it becomes such a habit that we are on auto pilot. The “sense of protection” we think we are creating by not expressing who we are is created by a fear in us. We fear being exposed, judged and evaluated as not worthy. So we don’t let people in because there is little trust. The fear isolates us and deep down we feel lonely even if we appear not to.

So, trust is the key. When we trust someone we feel we can be ourselves around them. When allowing others to be themselves, you suspend your judgements about them or their ideas which create the space and security to feel free and allow them to feel at home with you. You might consider those who are this way with you as your best friends because they allow you to be you even if you make mistakes and believe things that they don’t.

Deep down we trust those who don’t judge us for our thoughts or past experiences. And we love to be with others that allow us the space to express ourselves without being judged. Create that space with everyone and see how you’ll feel free as you set free.

So stop judging the people around you and allow others to be themselves. This is the gate to help raise someone’s energy and your own!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "If I have a compulsive habit, I realize that there is some need in my consciousness for this condition or it would not be there." Sometimes when we try to release a pattern, the whole situation seems to get worse for a while. This is not a bad thing. It is a sign that the situation is beginning to move, and we need to keep going. Sometimes the problem moves in a different direction, and we begin to see and understand more. The Universal Intelligence or your subconscious mind will figure out the hows. Every thought you think and every word you speak is being responded to, and the point of power is in this moment. The thoughts you are thinking and the words you are declaring at this moment are creating your future.

You are much more than your mind. You may think that your mind is running the show, but that's only because you have trained your mind to think in this way. You can also untrain and retrain this tool of yours. Your mind is a tool for you to use in any way you wish. The way you now use your mind is only a habit, and habits, any habits, can be changed if we want to do so, or even if we only know it is possible to do so. Quiet the chatter of your mind for a moment, and really think about this concept: YOUR MIND IS A TOOL YOU CAN CHOOSE TO USE ANY WAY YOU WISH!

The thoughts you "choose" to think create the experiences you have. If you believe that it is hard or difficult to change a habit or a thought, then your choice of this thought will make it true for you. If you would choose to think, "It is becoming easier for me to make changes", then your choice of this thought will make that true for you.

There's an incredible power and intelligence within you that's constantly responding to your thoughts and words. As you learn to control your mind by the conscious choice of thoughts, you align yourself with this power. Do not think that your mind is in control. You are in control of your mind. So start taking control!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I am safe and secure in my world." Most of us have known the feeling of being safe on the lap of a loved one when we were children. Feel-good places and the feelings that accompany them may become imprinted on our hearts and our memories. Sometimes the memories fade but the feeling remains and then, sometimes those feelings are betrayed by life circumstances as we grow up.

Disappointments, being bullied, divorce, unrequited love, death, and even leaving the safety of small town for the big city can have a negative effect on our sense of safety. And of course, the irony is that we may have felt very safe and coddled by the very person we are caring for today. Yes, even the best of the many soft places on which we learned to fall can become danger zones when we have not learned or been taught to value or develop our own emotional safety. That is especially true for caregivers.

Emotional safety comes from within us. It's the “knowing” of what we’re feeling; the ability to be able to identify our feelings and then take the ultimate risk of feeling them. Granted, in the presence of war, childhood neglect, trauma, and abuse of all kinds, we may never have known the feeling of being safe at all. It may be absolutely foreign to us. And so we may believe that safety is a dream that will never come true.

Sometimes people react very differently to the same circumstances. Some of us shut down, trust no one and live in the illusion that self-reliance is safety personified. This defense mechanism may be necessary for survival in certain cases. For some there are times when, a false comfort zone is better than none.

Almost all of us are in need of healing on at least one level. Remember that the safety of all things around us begins with creating the emotional safety within ourselves. Emotional safety is a combination of willingness, courage and action.

Believing in a safe universe is a first step for us, albeit a huge first step!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "Whenever I encounter a challenge in my life, I use the experience to learn and grow." Have you ever noticed how often the challenges we face also contains a blessing in disguise? If not, perhaps you haven’t been looking closely enough! Granted, life’s challenges usually seem like inconveniences when they interrupt our schedules, or get in the way of something we want to do. Isn’t that part of the reason we call them challenges?

When we’re working toward an important goal, the last thing we want is to face big, unexpected challenges or obstacles. When that happens, it usually means a major delay, added learning curve, greater expense, or some other unplanned complication. When we are focused on results it is hard to appreciate the detours caused by new challenges.

Everything changes when we learn to see life’s challenges in a whole new light. What if we could learn to see them as highly beneficial experiences, adventures in learning, or even as a blessing in disguise? Wouldn’t that be a welcome shift in perception?

The truth is, with the right mental attitude we can completely reframe the way we experience challenges. Asking the right questions is one of the most effective ways to do that. With a little practice we can come to view challenges as some of our most valuable life experiences.

One major reason why a challenge might intimidate us is because we don’t feel capable of handling it. We may have a limited perception of our own abilities, so we automatically believe that the challenge is bigger than we are. If we learn to see each challenge as an opportunity to become stronger and more capable, everything changes. We can use challenging situations to unlock our untapped strengths and abilities. Each time we do this it will increase our confidence until we begin to see most challenges as opportunities to harness our personal power to an even greater degree.

Challenges are part of life. Use them to learn and grow!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I rise above all limitations." Many of us have been trained from infancy to think small thoughts. Our minds have been saturated with the thoughts of poverty, lack, scarcity, limitations, etc. And if you are from, or live in, North America, then you hear talks of poverty and limitation from morning until night, you see poverty-stricken conditions everywhere. Everybody around is talking limitation, scarcity, lack, diseases, failure. Little wonder there is so much lack and want around.

Let’s break this bond! Do not repeat the poverty and limiting conditions of your parents, families, and environments. It starts with the belief, with developing a positive mental attitude. No matter how dark the outlook or how rusty your environment is, positively refuse to see anything that is unfavourable to you. Refuse to see the obstacles. Refuse to see any condition which wants to enslave you, and keep you from rising above your environment, and keep you from living your greatest life!

Once you’ve decided what you want to do and the direction you want to go, it’s important to develop an action plan. Determine the next steps you need to take to put that plan into motion. Then give milestones for each goal, and determine what specific tasks you need to accomplish for each step.

Getting through any challenge, whether big or small, takes a concerted effort. You need to determine the impact of the challenge. You need to consider options for overcoming the challenge. And once you’ve decided what you need to do, you need to focus your efforts in that direction, develop an action plan and utilize your available resources to put that plan into action.

You have unlimited potential. You are not limited. Stop thinking that you are!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "Every time I meditate or do a visualization for healing, I am connecting with like-minded people all over the planet." There is growing evidence to show that meditation can make you healthier and happier. MRI scans have shown that long-term meditation can alter the structure of your cerebral cortex, the outer layer of your brain. Additionally, brain regions associated with attention and sensory processing have been shown to be thicker in those who meditate. Previous studies have linked meditation to benefits such as improved attention, memory, processing speed, creativity, and more. Recent research also suggests that meditation helps counteract age-related loss of brain volume.

Meditation energizes you and makes you more productive without triggering an adrenaline rush. It provides your body with rest that is two to five times deeper than sleep. Meditating for 20 minutes also equates to taking a 1.5 hour nap, but you won't have that "sleep hangover" afterward. Instead, you'll feel awake, refreshed, and more conscious. Meditation de-excites your nervous system rather than exciting it further. This makes it more orderly, thereby making it easier for your system to release pent-up stress. It also makes you more productive.

Besides improving your focus and boosting your mental cognition, mindfulness training has also been found to reduce levels of stress-induced inflammation, which could benefit people suffering from chronic inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and asthma. Stress is a well-recognized culprit that can promote ill health across the board, and the ability of meditation to quell stress is an important health benefit. Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University recently published a study claiming they've found the biological mechanism by which mindfulness affects physical health.

Next time you're feeling overwhelmed, try meditating for 20 minutes and see the difference!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I help create a world where it is safe to love each other." Many times we'd like to change behaviors in the ones we love that don’t seem to be of any value to us. What we need to realize is that we are all different and that is what makes life interesting. We look different but more importantly we think differently. We need to love and accept people no matter their idiosyncrasies as you would like others to love and accept you.

Take time out and examine the way you think about your loved ones. Are you accepting of the way they are or would you be tempted to change some things about them? Acceptance is part of being happy so it would be advantageous for you to let your loved ones be as they are so that you can get on the road of acceptance.

You can love your family members as they are. When you make the choice to love the members of your family, nothing can get in the way. The manner in which your family members look or dress is irrelevant to you. Embrace your family for who they are, not for how they look. Relinquish your desire to control the way people behave. On the contrary, welcome the different ways people carry themselves as a beautiful blend of personalities, like a garden filled with various types of flowers. Each one is as beautiful as any other.

Regardless of whether your family members are shy or loud, uptight or free spirited, wealthy or poor, wise or ignorant, choose to love them just the way they are. You enjoy being loved the way you are; therefore, you should love others without needing to change them first. At times your family members may lash out in an unloving way towards you. Instead of responding in kind, rise above the hurt and respond with compassion.

Choose to love all of the members of your family with kindness and patience. Cultivate the best in yourself as you accept their imperfections and love them no matter what. Accept them so you can accept yourself!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "If I wait until I become perfect before I love myself, I will waste my whole life. I am already perfect right here and right now." The most important decision of your life, the one that will affect every other decision you make, is the commitment to love and accept yourself. It directly affects the quality of your relationships, your work, your free time, your faith, & your future. Why, then, is this so difficult to do?

We’re taught by society that our worth is found in the idols of our culture—technology, status, youth, sex, power, money, attractiveness, and romantic relationships. If you base your self worth on the external world, you’ll never be capable of self-love. Your inner critic will flood you with thoughts of “I’m not enough, I don’t have enough, and I don’t do enough.” Feelings of lack are neverending. Every time a goal is reached or you possess the next big thing, your ego will move the line.

Feeling worthy requires you to see yourself with fresh eyes of self-awareness and love. Acceptance and love must come from within. You don’t have to be different to be worthy. Your worth is in your true nature, a core of love and inner goodness. You are a beautiful light. You are love. We can bury our magnificence, but it’s impossible to destroy. Loving ourselves isn’t a one time event. It’s an endless, ongoing process. It begins with you, enfolding yourself in your own affection and appreciation.

Self-rejection and neglect is painful. You deserve to be happy. You have a right to be accepted and loved. If necessary, seek help from a support group, counselor, or coach. It’s the best investment you can make. Because we are all interconnected, when I love me, I also love you. Together through our love, we can heal ourselves, each other, and the world. Love is our purpose, our true calling. It begins with and within each of us!

Remind yourself of your worthiness before getting out of bed. Tell yourself you love yourself!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day : "If I wait until I become perfect before I love myself, I will waste my whole life. I am already perfect right here and right now." The most important decision of your life, the one that will affect every other decision you make, is the commitment to love and accept yourself. It directly affects the quality of your relationships, your work, your free time, your faith, & your future. Why, then, is this so difficult to do? #Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I am perfect exactly as I am." You'll never have good self-esteem if you have negative thoughts about yourself. Self-esteem is merely feeling good about yourself, and when you do so, you develop confidence. Confidence then builds self-esteem. Each step feeds upon the other. Once you get the rhythm going, you can accomplish almost anything. Since self-esteem is what you think about yourself, you have the freedom to think anything you want. So why would you want to belittle yourself?

You were born extremely confident. You came into this world knowing how wonderful you are. You were so perfect when you were a tiny baby. You didn't have to do anything. You were already perfect and you acted as if you were aware of that. You knew you were the center of the Universe. You, weren't afraid to ask for what you wanted. You freely expressed your emotions. You mother knew when you were angry: in fact, the entire neighborhood knew it. And when you were happy, your smile lit up the whole room. You were so full of love and confidence.

Little babies will die if they don't get love. Once we're older, we learn to live without love, but no baby will stand for that. Babies also love every inch of their bodies, even their own feces. They have no guilt, no shame, no comparisons. They know they're unique and wonderful. You were like that. Then somewhere during your childhood, your well-meaning parents passed on their own insecure feelings and taught you feelings of inadequacy and fear. At that point, you began to deny your own magnificence. These thoughts and feelings were never true, and they certainly aren't true now.

As children, we received most of our negative messages from adults, many of them looking us straight in the eye and perhaps even shaking a finger at us. Try starting your morning by looking yourself in the eye in the mirror and making a positive declaration.

Today, tell yourself just how perfect you are, exactly as you are!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I can either help to destroy the planet or to heal it. Every day I choose to send loving, healing energy to the planet. What I do with my mind does make a difference." Before we can heal the planet, we must transform how we think, daydream and speak so that we plant seeds of love and light into our earth garden and learn to feed those seeds so that they grow into beautiful and healthy plants. What we feed grows. We must learn how to cultivate a rich inner landscape so that light and joy returns to our eyes and also to the earth. Stories that come from many spiritual and religious traditions attest that miracles were once an everyday occurrence.

Furthermore, miracles involve union with a divine force, which spiritual teachers tell us is the source of love. Love is a great transformer and an essential ingredient in all miracles. Where there is an open heart filled with love, there is miraculous energy to bring through. Being in the presence of people who imbue the power of love can produce healing in and of itself. These people often do not use methods or techniques; they lift up everyone around them into a higher consciousness.

Spiritual traditions also teach that to be healthy we must live a harmonious life. Harmony within creates harmony without. Most tell us, too, that a key to the success of a spiritual practice is the ability to concentrate. To add to this we must maintain a strong focus on both our short term and long term goals.

Imagination is another key in performing the miracle of transformational healing. We must be able to envision an environment that is pure and clean and which supports all of life. With the power of imagination, we have the ability to sculpt the world we live in with each thought we have. We all use our imaginations, of course, though sadly it is often not in a mindful manner.

We live on a physical body, the earth, and there are actions we must take now to insure the health of the earth!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I am connected to all life." The definition of connection is knowing another and being known by another. As our lives get busier and we cram more activities and appointments into our schedules, and increase our pace of accomplishment from a jog to a trot to a sprint, it becomes an out-of-control spiral of do, do, do. Most of us feel disconnected not only from our partners and loved ones, but also from ourselves. Creating authentic intimacy and connection with those we love means putting aside our electronic gadgets, schedules, and to-do lists, and opening our ears and hearts and exploring what it takes to simply listen to each other.

Connection and intimacy are interwoven and dependent. They are symbiotic — one cannot exist without the other. Intimacy is having nothing to fear and nothing to hide. It's rare, and precious. It requires honesty and kindness, trust and forgiveness. Intimacy is being seen and known as the person you truly are.

We can take action, doing something to heal or soothe ourselves and others. You might wonder “Is it enough that my objective is to spend quality time with my family?” Yes, of course! Once again, it's not the magnitude or number of people you affect that counts. What’s important is the engagement of the heart.

As we go through the aging process and experience grief and loss as friends and family pass on, the need for connection to extended family, friends, community, and all of humanity, becomes even more important. Being connective means being ready to connect. In other words, each time we connect with someone, we should treat the experience with awe and respect, as if it were the same offering of Spirit, not unlike the handwritten letters of yesteryear. We should realize and be grateful for all the things that matter — beauty, love, creativity, joy, inner peace — and begin to awaken to what really matters to us and why.

What or who do you want to be more connected to in your life?

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I cannot learn other people's lessons for them. They must do the work themselves, and they will do it when they are ready." We're here on this Earth to learn certain lessons necessary for our growth, development and increased understanding as souls while using our physical bodies as vessels to help accomplish these lessons. Our individual life lessons manifest in different forms and repeat themselves when we fail to learn from them the first time. Repeating lessons are opportunities for us to break soul patterns.

Patterns, themes and cycles continue until the cycle is broken when we choose to act differently. There are many things that help affect our decision to choose differently for this life for a decision that may have come up in the past. When we choose differently for this life, a decision that is better serving of our own souls, we evolve. We have people around us on Earth who help us evolve. These are members of our soul group. They play many roles in our lives and can even take on archetypes; perpetrator, villain, protagonist, lover, friend, betraying partner, child, authority figure and so much more. Everyone on this planet today is sorting out what they need to learn for growth in different relationships, circumstances, and scenarios.

Most lessons are learned the hard way. This is because you need a poignant experience to make a point that sticks. Many of our lessons are designed so that we awaken to our own strength, our own courage and our own wisdom as souls. You cannot learn your own strength if someone is always there to provide the strength for you. You cannot learn your own resilience if someone else is always present, shielding you from your own lessons and your own pain. You cannot fully learn the value of your own wisdom if another person is on standby, always giving you the answers. This is a soul lesson for them that they must learn by themselves and you have to step back and allow it to happen!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "I am willing to learn something new every day." Have you noticed how the more you learn, the more you realize how little you know? This amazing piece of literary genius has been attributed to Socrates, by Plato, but that needs to be confirmed. It doesn’t really matter who said it, it’s just important that it was said, and needs to be understood. For those who are not afraid to explore and learn, this paradox will become apparent soon enough. Your quest and thirst for knowledge will leave you extremely frustrated. Each new thing you learn will lead you to another new thing, and another, and so on. The more you uncover, the more remains hidden, that needs to be sought out and exposed. It is ultimately impossible to know everything. That is what makes life so fascinating.

It’s no coincidence then, that this should lead me to criticise religion for the part it has played over the years, and still does in advocating closed thinking, and discouraging the pursuit of knowledge. It is well known that knowledge leads one to question, and awkward questions are anathema to religion. Religious texts such as the Bible even advocates that knowledge is forbidden; only the Gods are supposed to possess it. For years, the religious establishment preached that all knowledge was already revealed within the context of “religious” doctrine, and that there was no need for the individual to pursue it on his or her own. For this reason, the scientific and academic community were harassed and vilified. It is still happening today. Bigoted, religious communities still refuse to believe scientific discoveries; evolution being one. Luckily, for most of us, the thirst for knowledge is greater than the fear of Gods!

The world needs new moral impulses which won’t come from the churches, heavily compromised as they have been throughout the centuries. We don’t need to worry about what happens after this life as long as we do our duty here!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "Everything in my life - every experience, every relationship - is a mirror of the mental pattern that is going on inside of me." We're all attracted to, as well as turned off by, various things about other people. And the things that stand out the most to us are the things that remind us the most of ourselves. This is because other people are like mirrors for us: If somebody bugs you, you're projecting onto them something that you don't like about yourself. They are simply reflecting parts of your own consciousness back to you, giving you an opportunity to really see yourself and ultimately to grow. The qualities you most admire in others are your own and the same goes for those qualities you dislike. To change anything in your relationships, be the change you want to see.

Learn to recognise yourself in other people. Everything and everyone is your mirror. It is only when you understand what it truly means to see yourself reflected back at you, that there is no room for blame, there is no room for judgement and there is no room to feel like a victim of another person's actions or words. There is only room for real love based on understanding and gratitude. Compromise comes easy, forgiveness is given and growth is inevitable. While this truth applies to all of your relationships, from your family, to your friends and colleagues, and even to those you deem your "enemy", it is your relationship with those closest around you that enables you to take the closest, most accurate look at who you are.

Your beliefs about relationships, about men and women, about love and life in general are all there for you to see in your relationships. We have all acquired certain beliefs throughout our lifetime that cause us to react and act in certain habitual ways that either support us or don't. This is most notable in our relationships because in order to experience anything or anyone you must first relate to it!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "My mental pattern is positive and joyful." Though we speak of "mental health" and "physical health," there's no such thing as a disease of the body which doesn't affect the mind. Every illness of the mind is a cause of agitation in the body. We are so adept in the art of transference that approximately half of the sick people in the world are people whose physical ills originate in their minds.

Professional people have given us a word to describe this relation between ills of the mind and of the body: they call it "psychosomatic illness." It isn't produced by a bacterium or by a virus, but by the circumstances of daily living.

Being joyful requires being in harmony with your surroundings, with the people in your life, and it requires acceptance of your situation. Life happens. Problems happen. Enjoying high quality of life doesn’t rely as much on money and material comfort as we might be led to believe, but more upon fulfilling your emotional needs.

Our very existence depends upon our ability to make adjustments to our environment, to the people around us. 2 infallible tests of mental health are: the ability to face life with equanimity, and the ability to get along well with other people.

Life is all about your sacred connection to the people around you, and participating in and contributing to the larger human community. Accept responsibility for the things around you, accept your life as it is right now, ask for forgiveness when you let your worries and your problems get in the way of your bond and your duty to others, cultivate a big bag of love to share with everyone around you, and be thankful for the little joys.

No matter what your circumstances, there are thousands of simple pleasures to be grateful for every day. Stop looking for problems and count all the little joys. The things you’re thankful for. Really meditate on all the good things at the end of your day, no matter how small. Be positive and joyful!

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "We create habits and problems to fulfill a need. When I can find a positive way to fulfill the need, I can release the problem." Sometimes when we try to release a pattern, the whole situation seems to get worse for a while.

You may think that your mind is running the show, but that is only because you have trained your mind to think in this way.

#Positive #Affirmation of the #day : "We create habits and problems to fulfill a need. When I can find a positive way to fulfill the need, I can release the problem." Sometimes when we try to release a pattern, the whole situation seems to get worse for a while. You may think that your mind is running the show, but that is only because you have trained your mind to think in this way. You can also untrain and retrain this tool of yours. #Positive #Affirmation of the #day: "There is a solution to every problem." There is a solution to every problem and if you hold a genuine belief in this, there's a greater likelihood that you will find the solution. People who find solutions to problems are those who firmly believe that solutions exist for every problem. When confronted with a problem, do you give up or delegate it to someone else to solve? Or do you persist in resolving the problem yourself or find a way around it or seek alternative route?

Really believing that you can find a solution to every problem and actually doing it gives you immense advantage. It's habit forming and you're highly likely to overcome nearly all if not all the problems you're faced with. Encountering problems is all part of living. So if you're fully convinced that a solution exists for every problem, every problem is no longer a problem to you. Your firmly held belief gives you the edge over other people. There'll be no barrier to your steady progress in life. Identify the main core of the problem or the root cause of it. Once identified, the problem virtually ceases to be an unsolvable problem and does not require considerable effort to eliminate. The process of living would become a smooth flow. You stand to gain quite a lot by constantly holding onto this belief.

If the great inventors didn't believe they could be successful, would they do it? Problems serve as feedbacks that enable success to be achieved. Problems contribute to the learning process of attaining a desirable end. In fact, many a successful man will admit that every problem is an opportunity. It, however, depends very much on one’s perception. If you concentrate hard on seeking a solution to a problem and seriously believe you'll find it, you'll sooner or later get it. Your thinking does make a world of difference to the kind of result you will get when beset with a problem.

Next time you're faced with a problem, don't give up! Find a solution!
