Drink more water!💧

Whether your goal is to lose weight (reduce body fat), build muscle, improve sports performance or maintain body weight. THEN DONT UNDERESTIMATE THE IMPORTANCE OF DRINKING WATER AND STAYING HYDRATED! 
We recommend drinking 2-3 litres of water + another litre for every hour exercising, per day! .
The more hydrated you are, the better you feel.... simple!💧😊

PAUSED SQUATS!
These are great for improving the explosiveness from getting out of the bottom of the squat. You wanna be pausing at the bottom for 2-3 second and then explode up! Get these into your training 👍🏼 HOLD TIGHT THE PJ’s 😭

This afternoon I done the well known CrossFit workout ‘Murph’ 
The workout is explained on the second photo - you can break up the pull ups, push ups and squats how you wish. I done 10 pull ups, 20 push ups and 30 squats x10.

The workout should be done with a 20lb weight vest but I done it without as didn’t have one available. My time was 31:15 - give it a try!

What an achievement from @reeve8225 - 50 sessions complete!! Linda has worked incredibly hard these last months and the hard work is really paying off. She has made HEALTHY lifestyle changes which has done her the world of good! She is continuing to lose weight each week and is becoming fitter and most important she is HAPPY😆

Good workout today to kick off 2018! We both thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas period but we are so excited to now work our hardest in and out the gym to try make the best examples of ourselves.

We are looking forward to carrying on the journey of progression with our existing clients and delighted to start with the new ones!

Hope everyone enjoyed themselves over this festive time and are now on the road to put things in place to smash their goals for 2018!!! TIBBS HEALTH AND FITNESS💥
