Pure #protein for #dinner tonight after eating that #doughnut for #breakfast 😝 I've found the perfect #recipe for #chicken . Tenderize the chicken so that it's even. Coat with the herbs of your choice. Toss in a high-medium heated pan with a splash of #oliveoil with #lime .Cook 1 minute on each side then cover for 10 minutes. Turn the heat on low. After 10 minutes keep covered for 10 more minutes allowing the chicken to steam from within. If you can wait I promise this chicken will be unbelievably tender & well worth it. Big #lunch !!! I've been feeling #hungry throughout the day so here's my #plan ... I'm swapping lunch with #dinner . I'm going to have th bulk of my #calories during the day giving them time to #burn off then for #supper I'll have something light preparing my stomach for #bed . I plan to go 12-18 hours before I #eat again so I can enter a state of #ketosis allowing my liver to metabolize #fat . That's how it works folks!!! Don't be afraid of #fasting ! You can make it easier on yourself by using your fasting time as the time that you're asleep so that you're less  aware. 😴 When you're asleep your parasympathetic nervous system kicks on allowing your #body to #rest & digest.
