The fourth and final day of @whatrobineats x @siggisdairy has me drooling! Whipped these sweet treats up this morning before grabbing coffee with the talented @nikkiibest (you must checkout her book @haikantwithyou, serious Girl Boss) and they were absolutely perfect when I got home. These cookie sammies wonโ€™t travel well so sorry, canโ€™t share. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿช #dailysiggis

Mini Coconut & Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Cookie Sandwiches (makes 15 mini sammies):
In a medium size bowl combine 1 cup of @siggisdairy Coconut yogurt, 1 1/2 cup @truwhip whip cream, 1/2 cup mashed strawberries, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, set aside. Line a square baking pan with aluminum foil, with edges going over the side, and layer 15 @simplemills chocolate chip and cinnamon cookies on the bottom of the covered pan. Evenly spread the yogurt mixture on top of the cookies, making sure everything is even, then layer the remaining 15 cookies on top. Freeze for 4 hours, remove foil from pan, and cut using a large knife. The middle thaws quickly for easy enjoyment. ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿชโœจ #siggisambassador

Busy days often end with a simple dinner (hence why there's not many dinner posts on my page ๐Ÿ˜…). With Fall creeping in and out this week, I've been craving soup. What better way to welcome LA's fall weather than with a Chilled Carrot Ginger Soup! Third day of @whatrobineats x @siggisdairy comin in nice and cold. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅ•โ„๏ธ #dailysiggis 
Chilled Carrot Ginger Soup: Roughly two cups steamed chopped carrots, 2- 2 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth, 1/2 cup @siggisdairy vanilla drinkable yogurt, , 1/2 chopped white onion, 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Satisfying our sweet and savory tastebuds this morning with these @kodiakcakes waffles topped with a fried egg. Anyone else enjoy the egg and syrup combo? Weirdly reminds me of eating out. ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅž #strangebutgood

Savory Waffles (Makes 4): 1/2 cup @kodiakcakes Superfood mix, 1/3 cup cinnamon oat mix, 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder, and water. Mix, waffle, top with maple syrup and  a fried egg seasoned with โ€œEverything but the Bagelโ€, turmeric, black pepper, and onion garlic salt. Side @foursigmatic mushroom coffee (I highly suggest listening to the @ultimatehealthpodcast episode 15 with Tero Isokauppila, learned so much about @foursigmatic!) with @thenewbarn unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The creamiest Mac & Cheese includes @siggisdairy plain yogurt. You can make the cheese sauce from scratch, or you can substitute @siggisdairy plain yogurt in @eatbanza's Mac & Cheese instead of butter like I did above. Add wilted spinach and lunch is served in under 20 minutes! ๐Ÿ™€๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿง€ #easycheesy

Toast Tuesday has taken on a whole new identity this morning. Cinnamon Raisin and Everything Bagel topped with so many goodies we didn't know where to begin. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ’ฅ #bageltuesday 
Toast Tuesday- the Bagel Edition:
1. @canyonglutenfree Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, toasted, cream cheese mixed with @naturenates honey, sliced nectarine, sliced golden beet, and raw pecan pieces.
2. @canyonglutenfree Everything Bagel, toasted, cream cheese, heirloom tomato slices, and fresh basil.
3. Everything Bagel, toasted, cream cheese, sliced cucumber, smoked applewood and cheery salmon, and fresh dill.

Some people crave burgers, others crave candy, but I crave @siggisdairy. 95% of the week I live dairy free but there are moments where a Siggiโ€™s cup just hits the spot! ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ’ฅ #dailysiggis

Not knowing when the craving will hit, I have recipes for every meal of the day! @siggisdairy has become my Batman by partnering with me for the greater good of all yogurt lovers. Over the next four days Iโ€™ll be posting ways to enjoy @siggisdairy for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Make sure to follow along all four days because there might be an extra special treat with dessert. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿจ๐ŸŽ‰ #siggisambassador

Siggiโ€™s Yogurt Pumpkin Bread-
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
* 2 large eggs
* 1/4 cup @siggisdairy  pumpkin & spice yogurt
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 6 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
* 1 1/4 cup @kodiakcakes superfood waffle mix
* 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
* 1/4 @hukitchen hazelnut chocolate (crushed). Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350ยบF, and spray coconut cooking spray on a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until the yolks break apart. Whisk in the pumpkin, @siggisdairy yogurt, vanilla, spices, and coconut sugar until smooth.
3. Spoon in the flour and gently stir it in until combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out even, and top with raw pumpkin seeds and crushed chocolate. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
5. Remove bread from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. If youโ€™re feeling extra sweet, drizzle some Paleo Power Fuel Chocolate @eatnuttzo on top. Slice and top with more @siggisdairy Pumpkin & Spice yogurt. Enjoy! ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿž #dessertforbreakfast

This may have been lunch a few weeks ago, but I could really go for this Flank Steak Sweet Potato fry dish this morning. There's a slight chill in the air that's making me crave warm food! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ–๐ŸŸ #fallyall

Flank Steak Sweet Potato Fries: Bake sweet potato fries (and celery fries thanks to @addicted_to_lovely) with avocado oil, sea salt, and pepper.
