Drop set!!
Here is one of my favorite exercise technique👌
Try to do une set until the failure, then drop the weight and keep going until you arrive to the failure again🔥🔥🔥
You can start dropping the weight just one time, and week after week, add more drop sets
You can do this technique in any exercise of any bodypart.
⚡️Remember is not about the weight, it’s about to feel the muscle & keep a good form in the movement!!👍💪

Coming back to real workout, after the injury i lowered the intensity and the time at the gym, now is time to start almost better trainings👍
