The other day I decided to make two chickens - one in the oven and one in the Instant Pot. End result? Time wise, the IP was faster even with NPR (oven was around 70 mins), and omg the IP chicken is SO much juicier. The only down side is that to get that crispy skin I love so much, it needs to go into the oven to broil for 5 minutes.
