Yesterday's leg day was amazing, did RM3 with 130kg (286lb) and I'm getting stronger everyday!!!!! πŸ’ͺ
The goal for now is to get to 160kg (350lb) RM1 by the end of the year, hope to get there and maybe even 170kg (375lb) if I'll work harder 😎

I had an amazing workout, crazy pump in my chest and my triceps. 
I decided to try another pose, this is one of the poses I had to do in the competition, no doubt I see a very significant improvement, hope to continue to progress and get better. 
a new year has begun and it is time to push myself to the next lvl of training, nutrition and Sleep, I set myself a goal - to try to get more hours of sleep, something I have not really done in recent months.

My progress over the past year, I started training about 2 years ago, on November 4, 2015, I started to practice and slowly progressed, I was not a sports boy at all or anything related to movement, but with time I got addicted to it, I started to enjoy what I do, Back, I think that's the best decision I've made in my life - to sign up for a gym. On the left is my picture after about a week of training, maybe a little more, and on the right a few days before my first competition, after almost two years of training !!! Do not give up on yourself, even when it's hard and when you want to stop, it's just the time to work harder, be smart with your body and keep moving forward on it, have a nice weekend !!! πŸ’ͺ😊

Leg day every day!!!!
So, as you can see, my hamstring has improved tremendously and my lower body has also improved. At the moment, I am continuing to gain weight until April, hoping to continue developing myself and motivating more people to work hard.
