Many people have an "All or Nothing" diet mentality when they start a new health plan. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They follow the plan, see some progress, and then in a moment of weakness decide to eat something they shouldn't. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instead of getting right back on track, they let that one unhealthy decision derail them for days or weeks to come. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If that's you, DON'T DO IT ANYMORE! ️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The next time this happens to you, don't beat yourself up over it. Recognize that it is ONE unhealthy choice. Counter that one unhealthy choice with ALL of the healthy choices you made.
Appreciate all of the times you could have made an unhealthy choice but didn't.
Weight loss and health isn't about being perfect 100% of the time. It's about consistently making healthy choices.
