Two miscarriages and about 39 weeks into the third conception three years after our first child was born; about 10:14am on the 1st October, 2007, a handsome little lad was heaven sent into our home.
Handsome, Self paced & driven, extremely intelligent, thoughtful, cerebral are a few of the things that describe Araoluwa (God's wonder). I've seen very few people (old & young) who are very deliberate about their use & interpretation of words like Araoluwa. When he says something, he does mean it.
Without supervision, Araoluwa led his class for 5 years in primary school. Now in secondary school (JS 1), he's in Maths Olympiad class & is set to build his 3rd robot. He also can write a few codes (programmer in the works). By this time next year, I won't be surprised if he's ready to write WAEC especially Maths & Further Maths (he's close to half way into the Further Maths Godman textbook already). His capacity is huge and he learns amazingly without struggle (na him papa born am). Once he says he has finished reading & ready to play, you can ask him ANY question & he'll get all.
Celebrating his birthday yearly gives me renewed hope about this nation and the need to not give up. Pray with me, work together shall we, so that this 10year boy will experience a nation that works, and he'll be valuable in making it happen.
I don't look like what I've been through; but I'm soooo undeniably blessed!
Like seriously.....Temi Tope!🏾🏾🏾🏾 #bornforsignsandwonders
