🔆Over-unders (3 inches above the floor)- 12x
🔆Toe touches- 20x
🔆Full plank (challenge yourself with lifting one leg up at a time)- 30 seconds, 15second leg lift each side
🔆Stretch it out in child’s pose & cobra, you’ll need it
️Slow and controlled movements will give you better results than rushing with momentum!
