Yes, they are NOT equal. You consume either:
A: Whole foods, unprocessed. Typically, unprocessed foods require less packaging. An abundance of vegetables, high quality protein, healthy fats.
B: Processed, sugar-laden foods with a myriad of ingredients. Aka, junk food or rubbish. Typically high in calories and low in nutrients.
If you're under your calorie count for both A and B for a sustainable period of time, you will likely lose weight.
But which one will promote health? Which will deliver more stable blood sugar levels and reduce cravings? Which contains higher levels of nutrients and finally, which will promote longevity?
