I’m having a heartfelt and passionate moment, having seen several of my older clients suddenly change from vibrant 60 year olds to 70 year olds who’ve become slow, stiff and burdened with various pains or degenerative conditions which are preventable!!! Walking, swimming, Pilates, tennis etc... are not enough!
