Base: Millet cooked in veggie broth.
Veggies: Sauteéd asparagus, sweet potato, kale, and broccoli.
Proteins: shredded rotisserie chicken, or a vegan option with tofu+black beans.
Chimichurri Sauce: Blend handful of parsley and cilantro, half a small shallot, clove of garlic, teaspoon capers(optional), quarter lemon, avocado oil, salt and pepper to taste. - 17 hours ago
