Hello all! So update, I’m almost a week into the #aipdiet aaannndddd I feel....better at points throughout the day. This picture is from earlier in the day and I feel great in it and obviously having fun with my baby boy isn’t he adorable? I know you can’t see his beautiful face, but he’s so handsome. And just a note on that, I do not post any pictures of his face to protect him. I’m a protective mom and besides there being weirdos out there, I want to protect his identity. Once a picture is posted it is near impossible to get it off of the internet and I want to give him the choice and protect his privacy
So I’m feeling better in ways: I’m sleeping better when I do sleep, I felt really good after my little kombucha high so that was awesome haha, my hair is thicker (but that may be due to something else), I go potty regularly and easily (like you need to know lol) and my face is clearing up, oh and I’m not retaining in my hands, my ring practically falls off
I’m still super bloated and retaining in my belly though which is my biggest issue I want fixed. And I’m tired. I had some cravings and went through two bags of plantain chips, woops! 😬 that may be contributing to my bloat: salt and carbs don’t agree with me. And in a previous post I mentioned the garlic thing. I avoided it for a few days, tried some today, tummy ache immediately. So it’s official!
Also I’m getting sick of cooking, and I love cooking! I miss takeout, for reals 🥡 mmmm greasy allergen food, how I miss thee so 🤤 .
