So it’s Friday and I had half a mind to just sleep in 😴. But I know what happens on such days. I’d do that, miss my workout and mid day would feel really crap about how I felt so weak for a few minutes in the morning, and ended missing what I love doing (I’m almost extremely regular) You know it’s moments like these that really differentiate between the best and second best. Even if 80% of what you do is right, as you progress it gets hard to up with the consistency. But the end game is all about that. Consistency kicks motivation out any day. I’m also trying, every day.

Some months ago I was not even able to hold myself for more then 10 sec. Now there is no more "I cant reach it" or "I have not enough strength". It is just a bit work and a bit disziplin. I never imagined that nutrition can change your whole life. But I wouldn't have reached all of this without help and a realy good coach. Eine starke Rumpfmuskulatur verbessert die allgemeine Beweglichkeit und verbessert die Körperhaltung. Als Gegenspieler zu den Bauchmuskeln fungiert der Rückenstrecker und diese beiden Muskelgruppen sind für diese Stabilität verantwortlich. 
Um den unteren Rückenstrecker zu kräftigen, eignen sich sogenannte "Good Mornings" ganz hervorragend. Zusätzlich werden noch der große Gesäßmuskel und die Beinbeuger mittrainiert. 
Man steht aufrecht mit geradem Rücken und durchgestrecken, schulterbreiten Beinen. Die Hantel ruht im Nacken.
Tief einatmen, Rücken und Bauch anspannen und den Oberkörper langsam bis zur Waagerechten senken. Dabei muss der Rücken unbedingt fest bleiben. Er darf während der gesamten Übung nicht gebeugt werden. Versucht immer leicht nach oben zu schauen. Das hilft euch den Rücken grade zu halten. Auf keinen Fall nach unten schauen!
Während man den Oberkörper senkt, werden die Beine leicht gebeugt.
Etwas intensiver für die Beinbeuger sind Good Mornings mit gestreckten Beinen.

*High Rep Dumbbell (Kroc) Rows* - 150# x 20

These are an excellent upper back size and strength builder. They also hit the biceps and tax ones core stability a bit. You get a great range of motion and they can be done strict or with more body english.

Personally I like using straps on these as I’m not using these to train my grip. I train in it other ways. The goal of this exercise is to tax my upper back. Remember to keep the goal, the goal.

Quick Back & Bicep Workout:

Dumbbell Row
Warm up, then an all out set of 15-20 reps. Then drop the weight by 20% and do another set of 15-20.Rest 2 minutes between arms

3 sets of 25 with 60s rest

Cross Body Hammer Curls

Got in a great training session today in @rawgymsdublin 
When I travel I tend to find my work outs are compromised... rushed and lack luster 😳
Today a group of hit the gym and really got each other motivated. Having someone pushing you to do that extra rep and increase the weight when you don’t think you are capable can really push you through a tough workout!

schulterdrücken / sehr kontrolliert, einarmig. wenig hilfe der hilfmuskulatur ... viel mehr dehnung am tiefpunkt... hier nett auch mal in der kompletten amplitude zu arbeiten. etwas schwieriger als normales schulterdrücken, nicht wundern wenn weniger gewicht zu schaffen ist. probiert mal die klassischen übungen zum schluss zu machen & nicht am anfang... weniger gewicht aber mega gefühl. vorallem mit der kniebeuge LH uvm. _____________________________________________

Вы в состоянии манипулировать исходным положением  вашего тела будь то стоя, лежа, сидя, стоя на коленях, стоя на одном колене, в общем, программировать ту или иную вариацию именно под ваши задачи.

Mir ist aufgefallen, das sich viele Sportler in dem was Sie machen extrem verrennen und andere Lebensbereiche komplett außer Acht lassen. Es gibt nicht nur die schönen Seiten in diesem Sport. Ob es jetzt Bodybuilding oder Powerlifting ist. Es gibt auch die Dinge über die Sportler selten sprechen. Wie zum Beispiel die Psyche. Wenn ich darauf näher eingehen würde, müsste ich ein komplettes Buch darüber schreiben. Vielleicht kann ich aber zum nachdenken anregen. Das Leben ist schön und das Leben ist begrenzt. Wir haben so viele Möglichkeiten diese Zeit auf verschiedenen Ebenen zu genießen. Es gibt so wahnsinnig viel zu entdecken 🌍
