Well, I got a little to eager and excited, and my hips came off the bench a bit. But a paused 290lbs #benchpress. 
Still, wish I wasn't so eager with the hips.

HOW TO INCREASE TESTOSTERONE LEVELS NATURALLY

Testosterone is at the core of who you are as a man.

A lot of us don’t want to have to resort to taking drugs, or test boosters. Instead, you can increase it naturally!

Lift heavy and explosively! Your workouts should be centered around heavier lifts and bigger muscle groups. Things like squats, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, and plyometrics will all give you a surge of testosterone.

Another PR to start this week off right! 4 weeks ago, I did 255lbs for 3 reps on the bench. This morning, did 275lbs for 3 reps!

Pretty freaking happy with that gain! June 10th is the powerlifting competition I want to do to test where my strength is at. My goal is to hit 300-315 on the platform!

But for now, need to switch gears and start preparing for this weekend's Silver Moon 24 Hour Endurance Trail Run!
