Inspired by our crazy army of students/members @beetrootpower90 @sotty_t @seano_88_ @whosmartinoscarr @_briantierney @chanthary_vay @dabs_barlionz they have been working their asses off to get their 1st mup and cleaning their form, my plate's never been so full, this is the most physically, mentally and emotionally draining year thus far, my homie @inooob was so close to his 1st ring mup so I did this in his honourπŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Planche from 2015 vs now 2018

2015 I stepped down from reps&sets to focus more on planche. In the end the sacrifice was not worth it for me personally and after 6 months went back to repping. 
Nowadays 90% it is reps&sets. Took a few goes to get familiar with the technique after a few goes but I definitely feel more stable, stronger and muscle awareness. 
Bit of freestyle reps at the end

This is pretty optimistic routine for 60s πŸ‘ˆ

1st slide is no form (high risk injuries/too much momentum/lack of ROM) 25% of gains

2nd slide is with form and controlled (low risk injuries/more muscle activation/controlled moment/full ROM/no momentum)
100% gains
