2. Increase Volume.
Increasing volume made simple;
If you do 5 sets of 5 reps of 100kg on Bench Press
5x5 = 25 @ 100 = 2,500kg Volume.
Next time after eating lots increase the weight or the reps or the sets.
6x5 = 30 @ 100 = 3,000kg
Week 1: 12x4 @ 80kg = 3,840kg
Week 3: 12x4 @ 82.5kg = 3,960kg
