Finally got around to testing some maxes last week! Here's my deadlift!! 235lbs baby
Initially I was kind of upset about not having been able to lift more BUT then I looked at my intake form. When I started with @hollywoodbuilt my max for deadlifts was 175lbs for 3 reps (and I can almost guarantee there was some funky spine action going on).
In my short amount of time working with Scott I've added 60lbs to my sumo deadlift, and immensely improved my form - all the while never doing sumo deads... I don't exactly understand it, but I'm definitely not mad about it! - 3 days ago
