Whether you can ‘touch down’ effortlessly or you can’t conceive, in your wildest dreams, your legs to open that much, this challenge is designed to give you tools, ideas, insights, exercises to help you get there or deepen them. I get asked all the time what poses are best to warm up, or improve, this kind of flexibility, as well as how to recover from torn hamstrings or similar injuries. Caution and moderation are key ingredients, but so is a strategically and specifically tailored-to-your-body, warm up and sequence.
