Finally made it to the 100 Club - and double body weight . Deadlifts are my all time favourite lift and it’s taken a lot of perseverance ,correction , doms and patience to get everything switched on enough to make it work - always always learning @639pt about the smartest ways to up your game.
For myself the trap bar is really effective for lat activation and shoulder retraction which I struggle with, and with load can feel a bit more spine-friendly
