I think today calls for a coffee. I'm out for my 4th day running this week but it's just a shortie. I'm doing my first toughness run tomorrow and it's going to be really interesting to see where I'm at. 4h+ of slow slow slow distance to build endurance in my joints, ligaments and tendons. All the 3h+ runs I've done this year has been with water only so tomorrow I'm bringing the race pack with me. Dates and cashews!
