“Having some form of personal daily practice - one that begins every morning - is a voice in the wilderness of all your decisions; the subtle choices; the ones that control you from inside your subconscious; before awareness, or intellect arises to apply to your life.” ~ @gurusinghyogi 🏻
If there is one 🏻gem of wisdom I’ve gleaned over the past 42 years through extreme highs, deep lows, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and everything in between, it’s that taking a seat for 3-31mins every damn day on my mat is my medicine. The stillness, the calm, the perspective shift, the clarity, the detoxing, the sifting, the praying, the crying, the ecstasy, the faith and especially the trust, from my meditation practice have all brought me closer to home. I come back to my heart and towards this stillpoint inside. Where duality meets neutrality. Where shuniya resides. Where I deeply know I am safe and fully supported.
For all my fellow warriors, Goddesses, empaths, adrenaline junkies, Yogis, Yoginis, adventurers, explorers, bohemians, priestesses, healers, medicine people, Earth + fire keepers, sisters + brothers, may you commit to take a steady seat. Your fullest and highest presence is required at this time.
Much love + let me know how I can support you. We’ve got this. ~ KS xo️
