VEGGIE BURGER LETTUCE WRAPS - I've posted my veggie burger recipe on @tableofmylife before, so feel free to take a look around my account for more information. The ingredients I use to make my veggie burgers change every time I make them. It all depends on what veggies I have in my refrigerator at the time. Just as long as I maintain the #lifechangingfoods aka #yesfoods way of eating, I'm good. My ingredients may change in my veggie burgers, but the end result is always #deliciousness in my mouth!
This time, I topped my veggie burgers with #radish . Why? I learned yesterday, while listening to AW's Soundcloud podcast on the lymphatic system, that radish is helpful in cleaning the lymphatic system. This is a good thing because the health of the lymphatic system has a lot to do with the health of the all-important liver. We've learned through AW that we all have liver issues, whether we realize it or not. The world is too toxic not to have a little something going awry with the liver, so anything I can do to eat yummy food and clean my internal house at the same time is well worth the effort. It doesn't hurt that I thoroughly enjoy radish!
