Product review!! Okay, so I have been using @summerfridays Jet Lag Mask for OVER A MONTH now (first time on March 14th) and I wanted to give an HONEST and true review.
Now, I have to say, at first I wasn’t so sure if it would live up to the hype, although I do trust @marianna_hewitt and have been following her for years. I have a pretty solid skincare regimen in place, and after using the first time, I didn’t think it was completely life changing... After telling my friend I would really test it out and use it more frequently, I can’t stop reaching for it- and I can’t go ANYWHERE overnight without it. Yep, definitely a permanent staple in my weekend skincare bag.
Like I said, I have a pretty extensive skincare routine- with tried and true favorite products for hydration and resurfacing, and everything in between- but this jet lag mask is a necessary new addition to my assortment.
Eye and forehead treatment: I love putting this on at night as a little extra oomph after my serums/ moisturizer- it is perfect in place of my eye cream. It doesn’t irritate my eye area and leaves my skin soft and smooth.
Mask: my new favorite way to use this is to mask for an extended time period. Typically, I’ll cleanse, tone, then throw this on- run errands, clean my apt. The beauty of this mask is that it absorbs into your skin like a moisturizer- so you can interact with other humans without feeling like a crazy person. When you’re done masking, wipe away the excess and you’ll definitely feel a difference.
The best part is that it’s gentle enough to use daily, and formulated without phthalates, surfactants, petrolatums, BHT, BHA, or silicones and it’s cruelty free and vegan. It does contain chestnuts though for those with a nut allergy! - 17 hours ago
