Transparency: this is where my body is at right now. The past couple months I’ve been dealing with some serious low back pain. And I’m not going to use that as an excuse, I’ve genuinely slacked on what I’m used to doing every single day. .
So here it is. Me back on the grind. Me holding myself accountable and asking all of you to do the same for me. So here I am, far from where I used to be, far from where I want to be, but focusing on getting to exactly where I want to be. Focusing on becoming my best self. And no I’m not saying I’m overweight or don’t have muscle mass.
Rather I am saying that I have struggled to build myself and my body the way that I know I need. I’m saying that my diet hasn’t been as perfect as it used to be. But I’m working back toward focusing on me and truly living my best life and acting on what I preach every single day. - 6 hours ago
