Seriously, though. HIIT. A full leg day. And “cooldown cardio”. **EDIT**: I feel amazing, btw. Yes, I’m tired. And yes, I’m going to be sore. But for my entire fitness experience, leg day has been the most dreaded, most feared, most upsetting of all routines. I always left the gym shaking, with an empty stomach and plummeting blood sugar. This nutrition program has got me not only enjoying the gym, and my HIIT routines (Yes. Enjoying. Legitimately.), but I also feel GOOD leaving the gym. Not destroyed. No nausea. And actually looking forward to tomorrow. Masochist? Maybe. But damned if these programs aren’t going to get me where I want to be!!!
