Right so I’m pregnant and obviously didn’t do much (ok any) drinking of alcoholic beverages while I laid on the beautiful beaches of Mexico, BUT let me tell you, I more than made up for it in rich foods, bad carbs, virgin margaritas, and sweets. Yes, guacamole is ‘healthy fat’, but eating five pounds of healthy fat a day kind of counteracts the health benefits. #glutton #avocadoesoneverything
So today I can honestly say I am EXCITED to get back on track with nutrition. My body literally feels hungover from all of the bad eating I did while on vacay. Don’t get me wrong, that’s what it’s for! To enjoy yourself! And I have no regrets....just I know I’ll feel better once I get my system running back on fuels of whole foods and proper hydration.
I am SO grateful to be able to start cleansing (not by starving, simply by replacing the crap with the natural medicine nature provides us) with my strawberry banana superfoods smoothie this morning.
And I’m READY to start some new workout programming! My next group starts in just 10 days, and I’m working on a special hybrid that focuses on toning and leaning at the same time. This WON’T be a huge bulk program, because personally that’s not my goal right now (but if it’s yours I can guide you with programming for that as well). HIT ME UP if you’ve got a fitness goal you’ve been dreaming of but just don’t know how or can’t seem to reach it. There is nothing more motivating than being surrounded and guided by others who are working right alongside of you!
