Week 1 of the #80dayobsession DONE! Big thanks to @kendrachase (my #beachbody girl) for the hookup.
Cliche aside, I'm #obsessed . Prior to this week, I was working out, but was sporadic and my routine had become a snooze fest, so I fully anticipated massive soreness in the days following my intro to this. But truth be told, it's totally manageable and I'm feeling it in all the right places - which I WANT!
Now, my inner #nerd 🤓wants to get to the bottom of what is happening in my body, so I can keep this feeling going. The only changes I've made this time around are
1️⃣adding a scoop of AminoWise (a yummy recovery drink chock full of #antioxidants and #muscle rebuilding #nutrients ) to my water & sipping it throughout the #workout
2️⃣taking SulfurZyme (which also aids in the recovery process, among a bazillion other things)
3️⃣ popping a shot of Nitro pre-workout if I need a boost (hellllloooo #performance !)
After, I'm drinking Pure Protein Complete with #organic #coconut milk, which is 25 grams of clean, #grassfed whey #protein . I add a drop of Peppermint Vitality and it's like eating a Thin Mint #breakfast . So good!
Who knows if these are the #xfactors to what's turned the tables on this experience, but I'll take it 'fo sho!
