Firstly, i want to thank all those that took an interest in this over the last 60 days. The people that liked the posts, talked to me in the gym about it, people that messaged me and the people that helped me through the shit days, thank you so fucking much! Im officially 1 stone/14Lbs lighter to the pound, which is strange 🤔 its alot of weight but its not all come from fat. Some muscle and water etc will of also been lost

Hopefully you've learnt that you don't have to be strict all of the time, track food, jump on the latest fad diet or take any weird pills to lose weight (although if you're new to this then tracking food can be very beneficial to you) and that you just need to move more, eat less, eat smart and be in a calorie deficit. And most importantly try and enjoy it, go out and have fun but make up for it on the other days. DO NOT let it turn you into a boring c**t. Thats not what it should be about

Today im gonna eat myself silly, probably end up in a few food comas but after today im going to focus more on my business and clients, carry on losing and get as lean as i can before doing another one of these but maybe a 90 day growth period to show how to build lean muscle without gaining too much bodyfat (ill make another account as i know alot of you are defo sick of seeing me now 😂) Thanks so much again for the support and stuff, i mean it when i say it means the world to me 🌍❤ 60 DAYS DONE 😆

Now the back off sets and pull ups. I doubt I'll be able to do regular push press today, so I'll experiment with a Watson bar (Swiss/football bar) or maybe dumbbells, depending on what things feel like

Predicting your max from higher repetition efforts is a thing coaches do all the time. We have formulae that do that. They're available online, there are apps, too

The only problem is that they work better with lower reps. 5 rep max test will give you a note accurate prediction of your 1rm than, say 20 reps would.

So whether you're counting calories or following slimming world, don't eat less eat right. Your calories (or syns) will go alot further if you pad out your meals with lots of fruit / veg (not to mention all the extra nutrients). You'll have a full plate (and you'll be full) so you can spend those extra calories (or syns) on the little treats you do enjoy 😊

To often people will walk away from an exercise they dislike. Because it’s uncomfortable and they aren’t good at it. Bulgarian split squats for example. Yet all they do is walk away from the potentials of some serious health benefits. If you have stalled in your main lifts. Maybe look at getting epic at the ones you hate. As generally they may or will help the progression through the main lifts. Take the squat. Stalled? How much uni-lateral work are you doing? Weak glutes. Sore back? Maybe look to get better at the things you suck at. I don’t just do three compounds. I train every angel. Every aspect to be great in all areas. It’s a never ending cycle. Do more. Do even more again. And then some more. Whilst the drinks on the right are bereft of any nutritional value, seven of the cans combine to 411 calories and 99g of sugar. That’s less than 1/3 of the calories of the ‘superfood’, ‘invigorating’ drinks on the left. In addition, nearly 1/3 of their sugar content.

If the goal is to alter body composition, every decision you make is important - everything you do means something. This doesn’t mean that you need to worry or be confused as to what you need to do or consume to achieve your goal. It means you need to be objective. You need to understand the basic fundamentals of energy balance and apply that theory to your goal.

Consuming 1350 calories from the juices on the left may fit your goal. However, I suspect that consuming such a proportion of calories from a drink each week will not necessarily support your goal as well as consuming water and actual fruit, complete with fibre to help with satiety.

Health and fitness is all encompassing. Many parts of it overlap. But don’t get confused with nutrient intake and calorie intake - whilst they are both important, they represent very different things. Ideally you want to be smart and get the best of both facets.

People say "I forgot" or "I'm too busy to enter the food" or the worst of all "I don't understand it". Well I don't understand why you eat 12 poptarts during your 4th 12pm lie in of the week! The truth is, all of the above are excuses. You are lazy, and that's also a reason why you are not where you want to be. I've been there. I used to eat a bag on Minstrels, a can of Chezza Coke and Flaming Hot Monster Munch throughout my school days as a light snack 😂

Flourless, fruitless pancakes! Topped with lemon, a fig, and @alpro mango yogurt! Kinda good, kinda fail! Just whole rolled oats that I cooked into porridge with a tiny bit of protein powder and flax, and after letting the mixture cool I dolloped the porridge in circle shapes onto a nonstick pan and fried them until I could flip them! They’re super squishy and not really pancakey but I really really enjoy them! Flourless, fruitless pancakes! Topped with lemon, a fig, and @alpro mango yogurt! Kinda good, kinda fail! Just whole rolled oats that I cooked into porridge with a tiny bit of protein powder and flax, and after letting the mixture cool I dolloped the porridge in circle shapes onto a nonstick pan and fried them until I could flip them! They’re super squishy and not really pancakey but I really really enjoy them!
