A great post on Shoulder Rehab 🏼
Week 4 of labrum surgery rehab. Starting to lift a little more this week. Threw some tussin on it.
🏟I can already tell that getting back my external rotation range of motion back is going to be very challenging. I’m doing some light passive stretching with the wall and other tools but no real cranking on it yet.
I’ll start really pushing my motion around Week 6... not looking forward to that. The strategy for the next 2 weeks is progressive loading and gaining back more active range of motion. This is all done slowly and deliberately to tolerance.
The third exercise is a quick hand punch on the @sanddunestepper - I only did 2 sets x 15 seconds to feel it out. Crawls and elbow taps have been feeling good so I wanted to speed up the movement... I like the surface of the sanddune because it reduces the landing impact- this felt a lot better than on the ground.

What happens when you eat clean whole foods and aren’t in contest prep? You get the guy on the top right ️ 2015 saw my man Jason Hill at a low point. Tired new Dad of a sweet baby girl and was not happy where his body was. He jumped in to nutritional cleansing because of the science 🔬 and results. Needless to say, he is never going back.
Clean eating, whole foods and NUTRITIONAL CLEANSING is the way to go when you want results that stay for the LONG TERM and as Jason says build “brick by brick”.
