Chest and Back Workout: Dumbbell Swings 3 sets of 10. Barbell Bent Over Rows 3 sets of 8. Dumbbell Bent Over Rows 3 sets of 10. Dumbbell Bench Press 3 sets of 15. Decline Bench Press 3 sets of 8,10 and 12 reps decreasing weight each set. Resist the weight on your way back down to your chest to get a full effect. Incline Bench Press using same sets as above. Be in control when doing your workouts. Don’t cheat yourself. Use a weight that fits your strength and really focus on your form. - 1 day ago
