Meal Prep Sunday. This is how you begin the week. Sit down with your family and make a menu for the upcoming week. Then go grocery shopping for those items. This allows you to have fresh food for that week and not waste food and money.

You don't have to cook everything on Sundays. At least you have the food to cook it on the day you want it or even the day before for leftovers. You can also do the same with your workouts. Grab some paper and write down your workouts for the week. Then put it somewhere you can see it daily. Failing to plan is planning to fail. 
Kiah's Bootcamp starts tomorrow. This week we're making the following below:
👉 Caribbean Dogs w/ Mango & Spicy Carrot Salsa 👉 Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps 👉 Crispy Baked Chicken Wings w/ Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries 👉 Tacos
👉 Homemade Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza
👉 Turkey Burgers

Ingredientes
- 1 Abobrinha grande
- Carne moída (preparo à gosto)
- Algumas fatias de cebola
- Mussarela light
- Molho de tomate caseiro - 1 colher de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado
_ Azeite
.
Modo de preparo
- Fatie as abobrinhas
- Em uma frigideira grande acrescente o azeite e doure as abobrinhas, fatia por fatia.
- Monte em um refratário, uma camada de molho, abobrinha, fatias de cebola, carne e queijo
- Torne a colocar fatias de abobrinha, repetindo todas as camadas
- Cubra com uma camada de mussarela e queijo parmesão.
- Leve ao forno médio por 10 minutos.

This is not my usual type of fitness post, but I notice a large amount of my followers are from overseas countries such as Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Dubai, and so on, so I figured some of you might enjoy it. A few years ago I got to help train a small group of Iraqi soldiers who all became very good friends of mine. The experience was humbling and mind opening to experience a different culture and life outside of my own. The guy in the pic with me was my battle buddy at the time. As you can see, we didn’t have much to work with there as far as weights, but we improvised, made it work, and pushed each other to be better everyday. Learn to make the best out of every situation life throws at you and you’ll live a happier life. Hope all these gentleman are doing well and RIP to the ones that are no longer here 🙏🇺🇸🇮🇶🤝
