I have been on the struggle bus since we’ve gotten home from vacation. Doesn’t help that I’ve had a cold but I’ve stayed constant by working out everyday this week. Tonight did 10 min warm up on the treadmill, 100 hanging leg raises (ab work) 10 min on the stair master went up 24 floors followed by more lower ab work and 10 more mins of cardio.
