So I’m not going to lie, the past few days, I have felt hideous. I’d been doing so well with my body image and positive vibes, but if I’m honest, having to wear and feel comfortable in ‘summer clothing’, has been a struggle. I don’t feel body confident at the moment.
I’m worrying that this new pill I’m on is effecting my body, and my high blood pressure (reason why my old pill got changed). I just can’t understand it 😕
I feel bloated (should be star week this week, but on this new pill you don’t come on), feel flabby with shorts on, and trying to find a floaty top to cover it.
Yesterday, I done so much body magic, and the scales aren’t too bad this morning (no, I’m not obsessed, I’m weighing everyday to understand my body, following a different style of eating healthy)
Must point out, that although on Slimming World a BBQ is deemed as healthy (pasta, potato, meat, salad etc), it’s so easy to over eat. I tracked as much as I could in MFP, and surprised how quick the calories mounted up. Have been over my calories Friday and Saturday, but when you look at my foods, they don’t look bad.
Just need to pull up my positive pants, and push hard for the next few months, so I can feel confident when we get the next sunny spell.
