Eating the insides of 3 breakfast tacos from @fuzzystacoshop this morning with my added half avocado. Got in late last night so didn’t have time for meal prep. Still got up early this morning to #getafterit @fitcondfw and got a solid workout in. Knees aches and some calf cramps so I only hit a mile on the treadmill. Maybe catch the rest on a lunch break later before another busy one tonight. No matter what, wakeup early and get the blood Moving. At least the next night you won’t have problems sleeping!!!! #defaultaggressive

Bottom line is that no matter how tired, how late, how much “stuff” is going on, keep moving. For me, it’s my daily quiet time, devotionals and killing it in the gym. We can always find clutter to create excuses to not read the Bible, pray, eat right or workout. We only grow when we develop the discipline to find reasons TO DO those things. I hear about “I’m too busy” to read, eat right, workout, spend time with kids, go back to school, etc. Heck, I’ve used those! If we make those things a priority over the phones, over TV, over internet, then we find we aren’t too busy for the things that enrich our lives.
