1. Mind muscle connection is everything! No idea what I’m talking about? Then lets slow down and really think about squeezing your back muscles with each rep. Brain in your back, if you will (not your arms) 2. Keep that chest up and open and shoulders pulled back and down. Ain’t no upper back/shoulder rounding happening! If so, go lighter and perfect this first🏻 3. Leaning back just slightly will also help you to engage your back and keep your chest up and head outta the way.
