2 Medjool dates, pits removed
2 cups milk of choice (almond, soy, coconut, etc)
6 tablespoons @truvibeorganics chia seed
3 teaspoons @truvibeorganics powder
Topping: hazelnuts, sliced banana & shaved vegan chocolate
In a high-speed blender add & blend the dates, milk, and cacao powder until smooth.
Next, add the chia seeds to a bowl and pour in the liquid.
Stir well and continue stirring every few minutes for about 15 minutes to avoid clumps.
Place in the refrigerator at least two hours, put preferably overnight.
Top sliced banana, hazelnuts & shaved vegan chocolate when you are ready to serve!
