I was debating on posting this but decided to anyway. Here are a few of my favorite exercises from today's booty day.
1. I think recording is a very good way to check your form. Obviously mine isn't great and I'll always be working to improve it.
2. You can tell in this video that I squeeze my glutes. It's important to do that to engage your glutes in your exercises. One of these days I'll go more in depth with that subject. But I promise you, if you squeeze your glutes at the top of all your glute exercises, you will feel those muscles working and it'll feel good!
This is not the most attractive video but I'm uploading it as a reminder that with lifting, you won't always be successful. There will be failures and bad form.
