Man I’ve been so busy this week, so i was SUPER pumped to hit the gym again after taking a couple days off!
Got after today’s shoulder workout by Steve Cook:
OH Press: 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6
Face Pulls: 4 x 12
Behind the neck press: 3 x 12, 10, 8
External rotation: 3 x 12 each
DB upright row: 3 x 12, 10, 8
Seated Lateral Raises: 3 x 12
Incline rear delt fly: 3 x 12, 10, 8
Cable Lateral Raises: 3 x 12
Try this shoulder workout next time! Shown in the video is off the knee external rotation. I’ve got to do these more because they are a great exercise for the rotator cuff! First time doing these, so i have work to do on them.
For the next couple months I’m going to be really busy with baseball, so i may not be posting as much as I’d like, but i will try my best! Looking forward to my summer posts🏼
