Sometimes i ditch cinnamon water and have warm lemon water with this mix of sprouted flax seeds and goji berries.
Flax seeds are loaded with omega 3 fatty acids and are extremely beneficial for you. Sadly, whole flax seeds that we consume in our loaves or even otherwise, pass through the system and are still capable of sprouting to become a plant.
So we are unable to absorb any nutritents from them.
Hence they are best consumed in either powder form, or if you go a step further, in sprouted powdered form such as here. Sprouting them particularly improves digestibility and allows for greater absorption of nutrients.
Goji berries are powerful antioxidants, lemon gives a super vitamin C boost - great to start the day with!
