Secondly, I am the professional and you are paying me for my expert services. This means if you happen to say “Hey, I’m thinking of going on the all-banana diet. Whaddaya think?” I will do my best to help you come to the conclusion why that isn't good. .
Thirdly, if they're is a specific "diet" you want to try, lets try eating a healthy balanced diet first before making it even more restricted. Prove to yourself and to me (because I'm here to keep you accountable) that you can eat protein with each meal, fruits or veggies with each meal and complex cards with each meal. Prove to me that you can avoid junk food and drinking for at least one week before you decide to dive into IF, Atkins, Paleo. .
