Hai hai beautiful people!! Welcome to another killer ab workout. This one only requires a yoga ball to get your heart rate up and your abs crying.

1️⃣ Yoga ball plank (arms)
2️⃣ Yoga ball plank with alternating toe taps (advanced)
4️⃣ Yoga ball plank (legs)
️ Move 2 is very difficult and requires a lot of balance because of the yoga ball. A modification would be to place your feet on a chair or bench and alternate toe taps from there
Do moves 1 & 4 for time. For example, hold each plank for 30-45 seconds and repeat for 2-3 sets.
