Our 6 Week Challengers did SO WELL!! Ray Bateman was our Record Setter at 45.7lbs down in just 6 freaking Weeks!! :O 
We had a Member lower his Blood Sugar from 17 to 6 & is set to no longer need his Insulin Meds, several individuals with Inflammatory Digestive Issues who's symptoms have disappeared, others with Chronic Aches, Pains & Migraines who are now pain free. 1 of 2 clips I'm sharing that highlight different #superset variations you can incorporate. Since it was #chestday and #shoulderday this first clip is combing the same #muscles in one set.  I like to prefatigue my #chest with #flys and then jump into a #press , here it's an incline #benchpress . I take my superset up in volume,  so the weight needs to be reasonable if you want to execute the #exercise right.  I'm using 25's for the flys and 50's for the press. 15 reps per exercise,  30 total,  3 sets will give you 90 #pump inducing reps. Do you ever look back on photos of yourself and think not only about how far you’ve come, but also what were you thinking? 💭 
All through my childhood, teens and early 20s (picture on the left) I was always the shy, quiet kid with no confidence. I suffered from severe asthma, struggled to gain weight and was always very conscious about my physique being ‘too skinny’. If anybody every wanted to practise the WWE wrestling moves from the TV it was always me the skinny lightweight kid that ended up getting ‘powerbombed’ or ‘choke slammed’. On the right is me in Jamaica recently. I’m confident, happy, energetic and never felt so full of life. 5 years ago I decided enough was enough. I quit my job working in a warehouse and decided to invest in a coach to show me how to create the physique I wanted. Afterwards I invested in my fitness coaching and personal training qualifications so I could help other people to do the same. I have now been lucky enough to spend the past 4 years travelling the globe helping people to achieve the physique of their dreams specialising in guys who like me always struggled to gain weight.

The best decisions I ever made were to invest in a coach to hold me accountable and show me how to create the physique I wanted, and investing in myself to obtain the fitness knowledge and qualifications to help other people do the same.

So I had this amazing prawn salad dressed with mint mozzarella and goat cheese for dinner.. this is so full in antioxidants, vitamin B and C and essential nutrients. Not to talk about the  incredible protein brought in by the prawns and goat cheese. It was tasty af and can be had as dinner or lunch.
