This workout seriously burrrrrnnsss!!! These exercises are very versatile, so if you don’t have the equipment I’m using feel free to use light weights or any household items like cans, bottles or books!
Do each exercise for 30 seconds, repeat 3x
-shoulder taps with push up
-resistance band diagonal pull (30 sec each arm)
-resistance band outward pulses
-weighted mini circles—I used ankle weights (30 sec forward, 30 sec backward)
